The 2023 Africa Cup of Nations Group Stage XI has been released with four players from the Morocco national team.
Bafana Bafana’s last-16 opposition won Group F and Achraf Hakimi, Nayef Aguerd, Sofyan Amrabat and Azzedine Ounahi all made the cut.
It’s no surprise to see the Group A winner Equatorial Guinea have some representatives with Jesus Owono – the Goalkeeper of the Group Stage included and Golden Boot leader Emilio Nsue – who scored five goals in three games.
Senegal who were the only team with three wins from three have three players with captain Kalidou Koulibaly, Lamine Camara and Ismaïla Sarr.
