Bafana Bafana have been drawn in Group C at the 2024 African Nations Championship.
Molefi Ntseki’s side qualified after beating Malawi 2-1 on aggregate following a 2-0 win at Loftus Versfeld Stadium on Sunday, with Victor Letsoalo and Neo Maema scoring the important goals.
Bafana had overcome Egypt in the previous round, after beating them 4-2 on aggregate thanks to a 3-1 win in Cairo.
The 2024 CHAN tournament will take place between 2 and 30 August in Kenya, with Benni McCarthy’s side in Group A alongside Morocco, Angola, DR Congo and Zambia.
Meanwhile, Bafana will face Uganda, Niger, Guinea and Algeria in their bid to make the knockout stages.
