Chippa United and assistant coach Mabhuti Khenyeza have parted ways amicably ahead of the 2025/26 season revamp.
The former Bafana Bafana striker joined Chippa towards the latter stages of the season, joining Thabo September’s technical team after the exit of Kwanele Kopo.
However, September rejected a renewal with the Chilli Boys who are planning a technical team overhaul for the new season with Sinesipho Mali the new Sporting Director at the club.
iDiski Times has been informed Khenyeza and the club separated with mutual agreement on Thursday and he will now be looking towards his next project, having previously been with Golden Arrows.
Dan Malesela, Abdeslam Ouaddou, Sinethema Badela are amongst the names that has been linked with the Eastern Cape-based side, who are targeting a swift appointment to start plans for the new campaign along with their player recruitment.
