Kaizer Chiefs head coach Nasreddine Nabi doesn’t think the club has a goalkeeper crisis despite being the third most conceding team in the league.
Chiefs find themselves in sixth place after 18 games with 25 points. Amakhosi have conceded 23 goals this season in the league, the third most in the Betway Premiership after Marumo Gallants and AmaZulu FC.
They conceded four goals in one match for the third time this season, twice against Sundowns and once against SuperSport United.
Nabi however defended the Chiefs goalkeeper stating that in many instances it’s the team that concede goals.
“I cannot blame the goalkeeper today as I mentioned when the team is not physically up to scratch in the game, it is other departments that you can blame,” Nabi told the media.

“You saw today the three goals we gifted them those goals so it’s not necessarily the keeper, I cannot blame the keeper today.”
