Swallows FC interim head coach Musa Nyatama says the addition of Morgan Mammila as Technical Advisor is a welcomed one.
Mammila, who was sacked as head coach of Chippa United landed the role after the sudden exit of head coach Ernst Middendorp, who returned to his native country with relegation-threatened SV Meppen.
The coaching shake-up saw Nyatama, who started the season as a player-coach, moved back into the hotseat and Mammila as part of the new-look technical team.
“With coach Morgan, I was with him in the coaching courses, I know him personally, he is someone who’s just talkative and adding value, adding positive value and our working relationship is very good,” Nyatama said in the post-match press conference.
“He is someone who is helping out with some of the things I don’t understand and I always go to him when I need some type of advice – so he is someone who is very good for this position Technical Advisor.”
Swallows have now won three games, with three defeats and one draw in their last seven league outings to move four points away from the drop zone – with five games remaining.
