Official: Chiefs Confirm Latest Exit

Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed the loan transfer of Mduduzi Mdantsane to Richards Bay for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.

The 30-year-old midfielder is yet to feature for the side under the stewardship of head coach Nasreddine Nabi this term after being sidelined due to injuries sustained in an unfortunate car accident.

On Friday, Amakhosi confirmed that the former Cape Town City man will be shipped out to KwaZulu-Natal with the Natal Rich Boyz to get minutes under his belt.

“Kaizer Chiefs have agreed to a loan deal that sees midfielder Mduduzi Mdantsane join KwaZulu-Natal side, Richards Bay, for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.

“Mdantsane, a talented and experienced attacking midfielder will rejoin Amakhosi at the end of the season.

“We wish ‘Mdu’ all the best as he embarks on this new chapter in his career. His journey at Natal Rich Boyz is sure to be an exciting one, and we look forward to his return to the Amakhosi family, ready to make a mark in the team,” the club confirmed via its website.

Mdantsane has already been involved with Bay and was named on the bench as they beat Marumo Gallants 2-1 in midweek.
