The decision comes after a poor start to the 2024/25 season and Ramovic tendered his resignation which was agreed to by club President Tim Sukazi with immediate effect.
Despite recently reaching his 100-game milestone and earning plenty of plaudits, Ramovic stated he feels it’s time for new ideas to take the squad forward as he’s given his all to the Rockets in his first head coach role in professional football.

Ramovic saw an off-season move to Botola Pro giants Raja Athletic Club breakdown in the final stages of negotiations and will now bide his time for his next career step after his time with Galaxy.
Last season he led them to the runners-up spot of the Carling Knokvkout Cup and a record high of sixth place in the top-flight with a club record points total of 44, which was one point off the final CAF Confederation Cup spot secured by Sekhukhune United.
