Former Orlando Pirates head coach Jose Riveiro has opened up on his celebration with Tshegofatso Mabasa in their 3-0 hammering of Golden Arrows.
Mabasa has enjoyed three seasons with Riveiro at Pirates, playing over 60 games and scoring 28 goals in the process, including another one against Arrows at Orlando Stadium on Tuesday night, going on to the celebrate with the Spaniard.

An emotional Riveiro explained what really happened during that moment and how special it was for him to see Mabasa skipping everyone just to celebrate with him.
He also mentioned that it showed the connection in the club and love amongst each other, so he will forever love that moment.
“It’s a special moment obviously today, it was not an easy day, the last two days for the group, a little bit emotional about the departure of the coach,” Riveiro told the media.
“It was gonna happen anyway in 15 days, we’re gonna have these moments, but it came now. I think they did a fantastic job today to play good football, to win the match.
“We have an opportunity to celebrate three goals. It’s personal for Tshego to come and celebrate with me something that I really appreciate, and it’s a fantastic memory for me.
“It is a proof of proper co-operation in the group, comrade, laugh at all of those things that are important for a team to be competitive the way we are, and it’s nice to be part of that celebration obviously.
“Basic staff, what we say to each other in those moments, you can imagine from thank you to love you, these type of things on to the next.”
