SuperSport United and Mamelodi Sundowns have announced their starting XI for today’s Tshwane Derby.
The fixture has been a pretty one-sided affair in recent years, with Sundowns winning eight of their last 12 clashes, while Matsatsantsa won just one.

That win dates back to September 2022, with Sundowns winning three of the last four encounters.
Miguel Cardoso’s side are on a three-match winning streak, scoring 11 times in the process, and have only lost once since the Portuguese took over from Manqoba Mngqithi.
They currently sit six points above Orlando Pirates on the Betway Premiership log, having played one more game, winning 12 of their 13 matches in 2024/25.
Meanwhile, SuperSport only appear in 12th position, and have scored the joint-least goals with six in 15 games.
Gavin Hunt’s men have lost their last three successive league games, with their last win in the Betway Premiership dating back to 14 December 2024.
