Young Africans SC handed Nasreddine Nabi his first loss as head coach of Kaizer Chiefs, beating them 4-0 in the Toyota Cup in Mangaung on Sunday.
Chiefs enjoyed a successful preseason tour of Turkey before this game where they beat Al Shahaniya 5-2 before drawing 0-0 with Dibba Al-Hisn.

The visitors enjoyed possession in the first half and had their first chance in the opening 10 minutes when Stephane Azizi Ki found Prince Dube but the latter didn’t convert.
Dube made amends 25 minutes into the game when he tapped home after some poor defending from Chiefs to hand Yanga the lead.
But Chiefs had a chance to equalise through Ranga Chivaviro in the 38th minute, were it not for some poor decision-making, which saw the ball cleared by Yanga defence.
Three minutes to the break Mfundo Vilakazi had an opportunity to level but shot right into the goalkeeper’s hands.
Nabi’s men were made to regret that at the stroke of halftime as Dube assisted Aziz who extended their lead to 2-0 going into halftime.
In the second half, Nabi introduced Nkosingiphile Ngcobo for Chivaviro but there wasn’t any urgency to get back into the game. 12 minutes into the stanza Yanga tripled their lead with Dube providing the assist for Clement Mzizi.
Five minutes later Aziz Ki completed his brace to make it 4-0 for the Tanzanian champions.
This wasn’t a desirable result for Nabi and his men who have been tasked with reviving Chiefs who finished 10th in the league last season.
