Al Ahly SC and Orlando Pirates starting line-ups have been confirmed for this evening’s CAF Champions League encounters at Cairo International Stadium.
Both teams have qualified for the CAF Champions League quarter-finals already, but this evening, they will be battling for first place in the group.
The defending champions need a win to see themselves finishing top and gain the advantage of playing the second leg of the quarter-final at home.
Meanwhile, Pirates only need a draw to secure the top spot after sitting on 11 points from five games – one ahead of the record champions.
Pirates haven’t lost away in the group stages and the Red Devils have won all home games in this season’s CAFCL campaign so far, setting the scene for an enticing encounter.
