The 2024/25 CAF Champions League quarter-final has delivered some riveting fixtures at the draw that took place this afternoon in Doha, Qatar.
Taking place at the BEIN Sports studios, one of the main broadcasters of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) it promised to be one the continent would have their eyes on.
Al Hilal, ASFAR, Orlando Pirates and Esperance Sportive de Tunis came in seeded as group winners and were not able to be drawn with each other, nor the the clubs they competed with in their respective groups.
So each club had the possibility of being drawn with one of three clubs in the manner the draw took place today.
Quarter-final draw in full:
- Al Ahly (Egypt) vs Al Hilal (Sudan) – QF1
- Pyramids (Egypt) vs ASFAR (Morocco) – QF2
- Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa) vs Esperance (Tunisia) – QF3
- MC Alger (Algeria) vs Orlando Pirates (South Africa) – QF4
The first leg ties will take place on 1/2 April and 2nd leg seven days later on 8/9 April.

- Winner of QF3 vs Winner QF1
- Winner of Qf4 vs Winner of QF2
