Former Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana has retired from football at the age of 37.
Since being signed from Southampton during the summer of 2014, Lallana spent six years at Anfield winning the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup triumph and the English Premier League title in 2019/20.
Injuries however curtailed his progress as he made 178 Liverpool appearances scoring 22 goals before heading back to the south coast to join Brighton & Hove Albion, featuring 104 times with four goals.
In 2024, he made a sensational return to the Saints for what was his final season as a player.
The former England international capped 34 times by the Three Lions has now decided to bring an end to his playing career.
