Liverpool have beaten Manchester United and Chelsea to the signing of Netherlands star Cody Gakpo.
The 23-year-old was one of the stars at the recent FIFA World Cup, scoring three goals for the Netherlands.
He has also scored 13 goals and set up another 17 in just 24 appearances for PSV this season.
He was believed to be a target of United and the Blues, but it Liverpool have seemingly wrapped up the deal in a short space of time, as confirmed by PSV.
United and Chelsea were also interested in his services but he opted for the Reds and is expected to arrive for his medical in England on Tuesday.
