Tottenham vs Arsenal Starting XIs Announced

Old North London foes Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal have named their respective starting line-ups for this afternoon’s highly anticipated English Premier League clash at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Spurs are looking to bounce back from their 2-1 defeat to Newcastle United on matchday three while the Gunners could leapfrog Liverpool into second spot should they come away with three points.

The hosts have been handed a huge injury boost with pair Micky van de Ven and Dominic Solanke available again after overcoming from respective knee and ankle injuries, though they will have to do without Yves Bissouma who suffered a groin problem on international duty for Mali, while Richarlison is not yet fit.

Mikel Arteta has challenges of his own with Declan Rice serving a one-match ban and Mikel Merino out with a shoulder injury. Captain Martin Odegaard has been ruled out after suffering an injury on international duty.

Head-to-head record hugely favours Arsenal who have won 81 out of 195 North London derbies in all competitions. Tottenham have won 61, with 52 ties ending in draws.
