The Carling Black Label Cup votes for all 16 DStv Premiership teams have been confirmed on Monday evening.
The Carling Cup votes closed on Sunday, 2 October with the inaugural competition set to take place on 12 November.
Chiefs were the runaway leaders and almost received as many votes as second-placed Orlando Pirates and third-placed Mamelodi Sundowns combined.
The Amakhosi picked up 490,376 votes, while Pirates received 354,472 and Sundowns finished on 171,717.
The battle for fourth spot was won by AmaZulu with 144,829 votes, while Swallows missed out after picking up 112,258 votes.
As a consequence Sundowns and AmaZulu will face each other in the first semi-final on 12 November at 09:30, before Chiefs and Pirates will meet each other in a Soweto Derby at 12:00.
Later in the day the two losers will play each other in the third-place playoff, while the two winners will battle it out for the trophy in the final.
The four semi-finalists will received R2 million in prize money, with another R2 million up for grabs for the winner, while the other 12 DStv Premiership will get R100,000
