Former Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns striker Kermit Erasmus has been spotted at Cape Town Spurs as his search for a new club continues.
Erasmus has had a good career in football as he played for the big two teams in South Africa Pirates and Sundowns and won trophies with them. He also played in France for Ligue 1 outfit Stade Rennes before coming back to Mzansi.

He was surprisingly released by Pirates as he struggled to nail a regular starting berth at Mayfair after re-joining them from Sundowns having won the MTN8 and Nedbank Cup titles.
Information received by this publication states that Erasmus is currently training with the Motsepe Foundation Championship side having arrived this morning at Ikamva. At this stage, there haven’t been talks of a contract.
The 34-year-old was released within the past transfer window, and is now free to join a team of his choice on a free transfer.
The Urban Warriors currently have Mervin Boji, who recently joIned them from Stellenbosch FC, and Therlo Moosa as their strikers this season. Boji was not available in the last two matches due to an injury, which left them with only Moosa.
