Official: Baroka Announce 8 Signings

Baroka have announced eight new signings ahead of their Motsepe Foundation Championship campaign.

Baroka got relegated from the DStv Premiership in 2021/22 and will aim to get straight back up.

As a consequence, they have bolstered their squad with eight signings, namely: Lingelihle Mambeshu (Amavarara FC), Tebogo Moerane (Royal AM), Jerry Msane (Highlands Park), Thabang Isaac Mokoena (Jomo Cosmos), Ayanada Njabulo Shabalala (AJ United), Onyedikachi Nkosinathi Ononogbu (Black Eagles FC), Luciano Van Heerden (Highlands Park) and Jan Baloyi (Thabo Tshwane FC).

In addition, the club also promoted three players from their development to the first team, with Carlton Masedi, Shepherd Mangoale and Tshepho Mashiloane joined the squad.

Baroka also confirmed several admin issues, including the renaming of their village as well as several new sponsors.

1. The renaming the Village to Baroka Global Village
2. Stadium is Named Global Stadium
3. Baroka FC and Global has singed 5 years contract
4. Baroka FC Signed 3 and 2 years optional contract with Baroka Funeral ( Baroka Funeral will cover all transportation and accommodations for Baroka FC)
5. Baroka Fc has signed a deal with Powered-Up Beverages for 3 years.
