Pitso Mosimane’s new club, Al-Ahli Saudi FC have confirmed the technical team of the South African coach.
The South African tactician joined the Saudi Arabian giants, who have dropped to the second division for the first time in the club’s history.
On Sunday morning, Mosimane was confirmed as the club’s new head coach, while in the evening, Al-Ahli confirmed Mosimane will bring his three closest team members along.
“Coach Pitso and his technical team of Kabelo Rangoaga, Musi Matlaba and Kyle Solomon, are ready for the new challenge,” Mosimane’s agency, MT Sports said in a statement.
“We are proud to announce that the decorated South African technical team will be heading to Saudi Arabia from September 2022 to join Al Ahli Saudi Football Club in Jeddah.”
Mosimane already worked with all three at Al Ahly, with his partnership with Rangoaga and Matlaba dating back to his time at Mamelodi Sundowns, while Solomon joined ‘Jingles’ technical team during his last year at Al Ahly in Egypt.
However, the club are yet to confirm who will be the assistant coach of Mosimane.
