Kaizer Chiefs took another giant leap toward the DStv Diski Challenge title after beating Richards Bay 3-1 while Stellenbosch kept the pressure with a 2-0 win over AmaZulu and Mamelodi Sundowns narrowly beat Orlando Pirates 1-0.
Amakhosi took a comfortable 2-0 lead into halftime break courtesy of strikes from Imaad Hendricks and Naledi Hlongwane. Chiefs picked up from where they left as Neo Bohloko made it 3-0 in the 69th minute before the Natal Rich Boyz got a consolation goal deep in stoppage time as Chiefs moved to 61 points and remained top of the table.

Stellies made light work of 10-men AmaZulu with goals from Cheswin Philander and Jeandre Gafoor as the Cape Winelands side grabbed all the three points.
Sundowns made it four wins in a row after beating Pirates away from home. Sipho Ngqakabana scored the only goal of the match in the 68th minute though Masandawana were reduced to 10 men in the 86th minute. The win was for bragging rights as they are also mathematically out of the title race. With two games remaining, they can only get to 60 points while Chiefs are on 61.
