On Monday, head coach Luis de la Fuente announced his 26-man squad for the upcoming tournament in the United States, Mexico and Canada.

It’s 16 years since Spain won the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa with a generation of Andre Iniesta, Xavi Hernandez, Iker Casillas and many more.
The 2024 UEFA European Championship winners named a squad that is full of talent and La Roja are once again expected to go far in tournament after a disappointing 2022 World Cup campaign, where they got knocked out in the Round of 16 by Morocco.
La Roja will start their journey against African side Cape Verde on 15 June before battling it out against Saudi Arabia and closing the group against South American giants Uruguay.
Not a single Real Madrid player has made the squad, as the likes of Dani Carvajal and Dean Huijsen miss out.
