Four PSL players have been named in Zimbabwe’s final squad for their opening AFCON 2027 qualifiers against Sierra Leone and DR Congo.
Warriors head coach Ramon Catala announced the squad on Monday, with the team set to assemble next week ahead of the qualifiers.
Zimbabwe will host Sierra Leone on Thursday, 24 September, before facing DR Congo on Monday, 28 September.
The four PSL-based players selected are Magesi FC goalkeeper Elvis Chipezeze, Mamelodi Sundowns defender Divine Lunga, and forwards Thandolwenkosi Ngwenya of AmaZulu and Daniel Msendami of Marumo Gallants (on loan from Orlando Pirates).
