Kaizer Chiefs defender Austin Dube has revealed his nickname is ‘John Wick’ before previewing Amakhosi’s clash with SuperSport United.
Chiefs and SuperSport both go into this match on the back of wins last weekend, where Chiefs thumped Chippa United 4-0, while SuperSport beat Baroka 2-0.
SuperSport are currently unbeaten in the league, in second place, while Chiefs are six points behind in ninth spot.
Ahead of Sunday’s game at the Lucas Masterpieces Moripe Stadium, Dube revealed that he has a nickname.
“Ja, I have a nickname,” Dube told the club’s media department.
“I’ve been called John Wick.”
The 28-year old feels the team is ready for the SuperSport game, but he personally is still working on getting his game to the level he wants it to be at.
“I think everything’s going well,” he continued.
“Judging obviously from the two past games that we’ve played, we’ve been doing well, we’ve been doing very well even at training.
“I think we ready, we’re ready for this upcoming game against SuperSport.
“If we stick to our to our plan, you know our tactics, I think we going to do well. We just have to be us and play our our normal football.”
