Vasco da Gama will meet City Lads in the final of the Sasol League National championship on Sunday. This also means the two finalists have gained promotion to the Hollywoodbets Super League.
The Western Cape’s Vasco won 4-3 on penalties against Gauteng’s Croesus ladies at the King Zwelitini stadium.
The two sides played to a 1-1 draw in regulated time of their semi-final.
City Lads meanwhile defeated the club from the host province Lindelani Ladies 3-2 in the first semi.
The Lads will be the second team from the Eastern Cape to participate in the Super League as they join Thunderbirds Ladies.
