Sekhukhune Confirm Another Signing

Ahead of their maiden DStv Premiership season, Sekhukhune United have confirmed their sixth new signing.

The club announced the signing of 27-year-old Vusumuzi Mncube, who had been on the books of GladAfrica Championship side JDR Stars.

The former Jomo Cosmos, Chippa United and Cape Town All Stars player spent the past two seasons at JDR.

“Sekhukhune United FC are continuing to strengthen their squad ahead of the 2021/2022 football season with the latest signing of a midfielder Vusumuzi” Skheshe” Mncube (27) from the GladAfrica Championship side, JDR Stars,” the statement confirmed.   

“Babina Noko latest acquisition brings the number of new players to six which signal the club’s intention of doing well in the upcoming campaign.  

“Babina Noko have already confirmed the new players such as Tshediso Patjie, Tumelo Matona, Kamohelo Sithole, Seun Ledwaba and Thabo Rakhale for this season.   

“Vusumuzi Mncube said that he is feeling happy to be part of Babina Noko family. He is looking forward to give his best for the team. He thanks management of Babina Noko for giving him an opportunity to be part of the team.”

The former Jomo Cosmos, Chippa United and Cape Town All Stars player spent the past two seasons at JDR.
