Motsepe Foundation Champions side Venda Football Club have appointed former Cape Town Spurs coach Vladislav Heric.
Venda haven’t started the season well after losing four of their first five matches and are rooted at the bottom of the league table.
Maunavhathu saw head coach Duncan Lechesa resign two weeks ago and he went to join Betway Premiership side Marumo Gallants. Rowen Hendricks took over in an acting capacity.
But things didn’t go well as Venda FC lost their two matches under Hendricks against Lerumo United and Hungry Lions.
The Limpopo-based side took a decision to appoint experienced Vladislav Heric. The veteran coach has been in South Africa, coaching several football clubs including Chippa United, Free State Stars, Tshakuma Tsha Madzivhandila and Thanda Royal Zulu.
Heric must save Venda FC after their disastrous start of the season, as they will face high-flying Upington City this weekend, before matches with Kruger United and Casric Stars later in the month.
