Durban City captain Siphamandla Ncanana has explained why he expects a stern test from TS Galaxy in Saturday’s Nedbank Cup final at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium.
The two teams are set to clash this Saturday, 2 May, at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.

The Rockets previously won the competition in 2019 while still in the second tier and are now aiming for their second title.
Meanwhile, Durban City are chasing their first-ever trophy following their promotion to the top flight this season.
The club’s captain, Ncanana feels what makes the Rockets so dangerous is the “revenge” factor; having already suffered two league defeats at the hands of City this season.
“It will be hard because we’ve beaten them twice in the league,” said Ncanana.
“I think it’s gonna be hard, it’s not gonna be easy.”
City are currently enduring a difficult slump, having failed to secure a victory in their last four outings. During this period, the newcomers have suffered three defeats and managed just a single draw.
“No, it doesn’t affect us because before [the slump], we had won so many games,” he added.
“It’s only three games where we couldn’t get the positive result. So, it doesn’t affect us anyhow.”
