Mamelodi Sundowns have announced the signing of another Brazilian forward. Last season, Sundowns signed Lucas Ribeiro who had been playing in Belgium, and on Friday, Masandawana confirmed a second Brazilian signing, who had also been playing in the Belgian leagues. The player in question is Arthur De Oliveira Sales, who had been playing for Lommel SK in the Belgian Challenger Pro League. The 22-year-old is a product of Vasco da Gama in his home country, who also had loan spells at Bahia and Paços de Ferreira. Sales scored 10 league goals for Lommel in the 2023/24 campaign.
