SAFA president Dr. Danny Jordaan has confirmed Minister of Sport, Arts and Culture Gayton McKenzie joined the association’s recent NEC meeting to discuss the implementation VAR, among other things. Kaizer Chiefs lifted the Cufa Cup at Bloemfontein Stadium on Sunday after beating Marumo Gallants on penalties. Both teams couldn’t be separated in 90 minutes, as the match, which was close to be cancelled over issues between the organisers and Gallants, ended in a goalless draw.
