Girabola Premier League side Bravo Maquis have tabled a new deal for South African forward Abednego Mosiatlhaga.
Mosiatlhaga joined Maquis in January after leaving Sekhukhune United due to a lack of game time. The former Bidvest Wits and Ajax Cape Town forward signed a six-month contract with Maquis.
With his current contract left with a month before it ends, Maquis has been impressed by Mosiatlhaga and would like to keep him. Maquis could see themselves playing CAF Confederation Cup next season if they win the Angolan Cup.
The Angolan side is sitting eighth in the Girabola Premier League with 34 points after 24 matches. ‘Nigo’ scored his first goal four days ago since his arrival at the club.
Bravo have tabled a one-year contract which is valid until June 2025. The 29-year-old is yet to sign the contract. Information received states that this is the second offer Maquis tabled for the South African.
