Bafana Bafana defender Mbekezeli Mbokazi has credited his South African teammate Puso Dithejane for helping him to settle at his club, Chicago Fire.
Mbokazi, 20, has experienced a great first half at the Major Soccer League club since leaving Orlando Pirates in January.

The centre-back has also been named in the MLS All Star XI, where he will feature alongside stars such as Lionel Messi and Heung-min Son.
He admitted that having a fellow South African at his club in Chicago has helped him in the early stages of his switch to the United States.
“Having Puso by my side and living with him since we got here has made a big difference,” he said in an interview with the MLS Youtube channel.
“Being the first one to get here, it was hard. Puso being here really helped. Since we’re both from Mzansi, we’ve naturally grown very close.
“We know each other well and can talk about anything. We’re also the same age.”
‘Mbokazi Credit Chicago Coach’
Mbokazi also hailed the influence of Chicago Fire coach Gregg Berhalter, saying the coach has a special way to install confidence in his players.
“If a coach opens up to you and talks about what’s good about you, even if you’re confident, that instils confidence in you,” he added.
“From one who manages you, it’s just like a parent. When they open up to you, ‘Son, do as you wish, here’s my house, and gives it to you’. You get happy and relaxed.
“He’s a good coach. When he sees that you work hard, he affords you an opportunity. He gives you an opportunity. Only you can disappoint him.”
