Thembinkosi Lorch could be in line for a return to the Botola Pro with Maghreb Association Sportive de Fès pushing for a transfer from Libyan giants Al Ittihad Tripoli.

Lorch, 33, was lured to the Libyan club from Wydad Athletic Club shortly before the appointment of Rulani Mokwena.

However, after failing to qualify for the CAF Champions League, Mokwena and the club parted ways and he’s since moved on to ambitious Egyptian Premier League outfit Pyramids FC.

Lorch has subsequently been linked with a return to Wydad, but sources have confirmed to iDiski Times, the Moroccan top-flight outfit have made an official offer for the services of the former Orlando Pirates star.

It remains to be seen whether Fes will be able to agree personal terms ahead of their domestic rivals, with Lorch open to a return to Morocco but on a significant salary package in Libya.

The club – who ended their four-decade league title drought last season, returns to the CAF Champions League with renewed ambitions, and as first reported by SABC Sport, have agreed to sign Devin Titus from Stellenbosch.

Sources have confirmed Raja Athletic Club were also keen on Titus, who’s move to the Fes, is now subject to agreeing personal terms and a routine medical.

The club already wrapped up a deal for Tshegofatso Mabasa on a free transfer after his exit from Orlando Pirates earlier this month and could now be joined by further attacking talent from South Africa.
