Sekhukhune Act Swiftly Roping In Seven New Signings

Sekhukhune United have secured several new signings as part of their squad revamp for the 2024/25 season.

The club has released 13 players, as reported by iDiski Times, while Kamohelo Mokotjo was allowed to depart in a player-plus cash deal that involved Relebogile Mokhuoane joining Babina Noko.

Keletso Makgawla and Lindokuhle Mtshali have been roped in to bolster their attacking options and provide depth to the squad, while Andy Boyeli was secured on a three-year deal.

The DR Congo striker arrives from Power Dynamos with a sterling reputation from his stint in Zambia and he becomes one of two foreign recruits.

Matshali, 26, and Makgwala, 27 were both touted as one of the brightest talents in the country when once on the books of Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns, respectively and have found their careers on an upward trajectory again.

Namibia international Lloydt Kazapua, who has been released by Chippa United, comes in to add competition to Badra Ali Sanagre and left-back Kenneth Langa joins after an impressive season in the Motsepe Foundation Championship with AmaTuks.

In addition, Kaizer Chiefs defender Njabulo Ngcobo has been secured on a free deal.
