Cape Town City pair Nathan Fasika and Brice Ambina are still with Norwegian club Vålerenga, with a decision on their future expected to be announced soon.
Fasika, from the DR Congo, and Cameroonian Ambina, had spent the past two weeks with the Norwegians at a training camp in Marbella, Spain, and this week they returned to Oslo with the team.
Both players were spotted as Vålerenga resumed training this week for their first home training session at the Intility Arena.
Fasika, who joined City in 2021, did not feature for the club this season, having only recently recovered from a long term injury, while Ambina, who joined in 2022, featured 15 times for Eric Tinkler’s team.
