Mamelodi Sundowns goalkeeper Ricardo Goss says his side has shifted focus from their MTN 8 triumph and celebrations in preparation for the Betway Premiership match against Richards Bay on Tuesday evening.
Sundowns dethroned Orlando Pirates as MTN 8 champions at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday and as early as the next day they were in training for the league encounter.

The Brazilians currently top the league standings with 20 points in eight matches, while the Natal Rich Boys are 14th with just three points from seven outings.
Goss told Sundowns media department that he’s not expecting an easy game and the opponent may think Sundowns is fatigued but they will work for maximum points.
“The weekend game is gone,” said Goss.
“And we are focused on the upcoming league game and we have shifted our focus to the Richards Bay game. It’s not going to be an easy game and that’s why we want to focus. It’s a league game and we also wish to do well in the game.”
“They are a very young side. They are exciting, they run, they’ve got energy and we know that they are going to want to run at us.”
“They’ll probably think we are tired but I think we’ve got the experience and we should apply ourselves in the game. We can come away with a difficult three points but I think we can do it.”
