Golden Arrows midfielder Isaac Cisse is attracting serious interest from some of the continent’s biggest clubs, as well as Europe as he continues to impress in his debut season in the Premier Soccer League.
While Al Ahly, Kaizer Chiefs, Al Hilal Sudan and Belgian Pro League giants Club Brugge all said to be monitoring the industrious midfielder ahead of the upcoming transfer window, Arrows have rejected two official offers for the teenage sensation.
Charleroi of the Belgian top-flight and Esperance Sportive de Tunis have made contact with the players’ representatives, sources have confirmed to iDiski Times.
Taraji are in the market for a direct replacement for Nigerian midfielder Onuche Ogbelu, who is poised to leave the club for a lucrative switch to Libya in the off-season but their opening proposal has been rebuffed.
The Ivorian has been one of the standout performers for Arrows this campaign, with his energy, vision and box-to-box ability catching the eye of scouts from across Africa and Europe.
Chiefs are believed to see Cisse as a midfield reinforcement that could add dynamism to their engine room, while Al Ahly view him as a profile capable of adding a new dimension to their midfield with Aliou Dieng set to end his stay come end of the season.
The 19-year-old has national U23 captain of Ivory Coast has scored four goals in 21 games for the club since his arrival from Société Omnisports de l’Armée back in September 2025.
