Magesi FC have confirmed the exit of nine players with Kabelo Mahlasela and Thabang Sibanyoni among the notable faces as they campaign in the Motsepe Foundation Championship next season.
Dikwena Tsa Meetse lost their topflight status via the PSL Promotional playoffs at the end of the previous season which saw Xanti Pupuma’s Milford FC gain promotion instead.
The Limpopo-based outfit has already released six players in the past few days with veteran winger Edmore Chirambadare heading the exit list.
Magesi also parted ways with Reagan Van Der Ross, John Mokone, Lehlogonolo Mtshali, Mncedi Vandala and Sifiso Luthuli, Kgothatso Mariba, Samuel Darpoh, Siyabonga Ndlozi, Motsie Matima, Tholang Masegela.
On Wednesday morning, the club announced the latest nine players to leave the club, taking the tally to 12.
