TS Galaxy Queens picked up a credible 2-0 win over Stellenbosch Ladies in this past weekend’s 2026 Hollywoodbets Super League action to move within two points of Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies.
There were only three fixtures which took place at the Sol Plaatjie University this past weekend where TS Galaxy Queens defeated Stellenbosch Ladies 2-0 in the Super Era division.
Nomvula Kgoale and Alicia Terhart were on target for the Rockets as they maintained second position in the stream with 13 points in six outings. They have now narrowed the gap with top-placed Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies to two points with the defending champions on duty at the CAF Women’s Champions League COSAFA qualifiers in Gaborone.
In another game in the same pool, University of Western Cape were 1-0 winners over Diepkloof Ladies courtesy of a Sinamile Mkhwanazi goal.
The victory saw the Blues in fourth place on the log with 10 points from six outings while the Gauteng-based outfit are second from bottom with three points from the same number of matches.
Meanwhile, University of Pretoria stayed in third position in the division after a 1-1 draw with Richmond United.
Mmaphuti Tapala scored an own goal while Thandeka Ncambe saved United’s blushes to salvage a point for the side from De Aar who now have seven points, three points from Tuks, both from six matches.
