With several Carling Knockout quarter-finalists already confirmed, here are all the details around the draw for the next round.
TS Galaxy, Orlando Pirates, Stellenbosch FC, Golden Arrows and AmaZulu have already booked their spots in the next round of the new competition.
Saturday evening, Sekhukhune United beat Royal AM to book their ticket, while Richards Bay welcome Moroka Swallows before SuperSport United host Polokwane City in the final fixture of the Round of 16 on Sunday.
The Premier Soccer League confirmed that the quarter-final draw will take place immediately after that final fixture at TUT Stadium.
“The Carling Knockout quarter-final draw will be conducted LIVE on Sunday night at TUT Stadium after the SuperSport United vs Polokwane City last 16 fixture,” the PSL said via statement.
“As per tournament rules, the quarter-final draw is seeded: clubs that achieved the highest four (4) positions in the DStv Premiership 2022/23 season will be seeded while the rest will be unseeded.”
