AmaZulu Closing In On Guinea Forward

AmaZulu are closing in on the signing of Guinea international winger Boniface Haba ahead of the new season.

The 27-year-old who is currently on the books of Botola Pro side Olympic Club de Safi, has been on the radar of the club for several months now.

He was part of the Horoya squad that faced off against Usuthu in the group stages of the CAF Champions League two years ago and started in both games.

The eight-time capped Guinea international, who made his senior debut as a teenager, has since moved on to Morocco where he’s impressed over the last two seasons with seven goals in 44 league games.

iDiski Times understands that Haba has agreed personal terms with Usuthu ahead of his imminent transfer after his contract expired with the Moroccan top-flight side.

Usuthu have parted ways with Augustine Kwem, George Maluleka, Veluyeke Zulu and Victor Letsoalo during the current window.
