Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has called on the club’s fans to trust the process after his side fell to a second defeat on the trot in the space of a week.
United were beaten 2-0 by Arsenal last week and suffered a shock 3-2 defeat to Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford on Saturday, their first win there for 30 years.

Amorim, 39, has managed just two wins from five matches in all competitions since taking over from Erik Ten Hag, which saw the Red Devils slump to 13th place in the Premier League standings.
“We already knew [it would be tough],” Amorim admitted, according to Daily Mail.
“It will be a long journey but we want to win because this is a massive club.
“You feel it, when you lose one game it’s really hard for everybody. I can understand that. I can feel it in the stadium after the first goal.
“We understand the context but we have to keep in the same way, doing the same things.
“The same words I have here with Everton, I have today. Focus on the performance. We need to improve in a lot of aspects of the game and continue to do the same things tomorrow in training.

“We need time and to continue to work in the same way every day,” he added.
United face Czech side Viktoria Plzen in the Europa League on Thursday before trips to the Etihad against rivals Manchester City in the derby and then another tough away trip to Tottenham Hotspur.
