Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed they will play another home game away from home when they host Chippa United at the Moses Mabhida Stadium.
Amakhosi, who are arguably the most supported club in South Africa have taken home games away from home before and already faced DStv Premiership newcomers, Richards Bay in KwaZulu-Natal on 20 August.
On Tuesday, Amakhosi confirmed that their game against the Chilli Boys was moved from Free State to KwaZulu-Natal.
“Fixture Update: Venue Change Amakhosi will now take on the Chilli Boys at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban and no longer at the Free State Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein. The match on Saturday the 15th of October will still kick-off at 17h30,” the club said via a statement.
Chiefs are currently on a three-match winless run and have dropped to 14th on the log. They will next face Gavin Hunt’s SuperSport United in the DStv Premiership at FNB Stadium on Saturday.
