Sekhukhune United unveiled six new signings on Wednesday, including former Baroka FC defender Denwin Farmer and Abednego Mosiatlhaga.

Farmer joined Baroka at the beginning of the 2019/20 season from SuperSport United and he spent three seasons with Bakgakga which saw him making 67 appearances and scoring three goals. Unfortunately, his final season with the Limpopo-based side didn’t end well as the club got relegated to the second division of South African football.
The former SuperSport United defender expressed his excitement after remaining in the top flight football with ‘Babina Noko’, he edged the football supporters to go to the stadium and promised them that this season will be a good one for Sekhukhune United
“It feels great being with the team, a new team, new challenge ,very excited about the upcoming season, the team has done well last season and I am here to help them to even go further hopefully make the top eight this season, “Farmer told the club’s media department.
“So ja, for the supporters I ask them to come out in numbers it’s gonna be a great year for Sekhukhune United this year “
Meanwhile, the former Cape Town Spurs forward Mosiatlhaga who has been plying his trade in the GladAfrica Championship in the past seasons finally made his top-flight move. The 27-year-old was the second-tier’s top goalscorer in the 2019/20 season at Ajax Cape Town.
“I’m proud and happy and excited to be joining this wonderful club and I’m looking forward to working with the players the coach, the management, and everyone,” Mosiatlhaga said.
“From a personal point of view I’m gonna try to and do as best as I can to make sure that I help the team to get the goals which we have set ourselves and my message to our supporters is that always support us be behind us whatever the circumstances and whatever the team might be going through as long as we know that we have your support then that automatically will give us a boost to keep on pushing and fighting for what we know we deserve”
