Zungu Suspended By Scottish FA

Rangers midfielder Bongani Zungu and his four team-mates who breached Covid-19 protocols last month, have been punished by the Scottish FA.

The Bafana Bafana midfielder will miss the next four Rangers matches, after being handed a six match ban, although two matches were suspended.

Zungu, who is still on the books of French Ligue 1 club Amiens, is currently on loan at Steven Gerrard’s team

The ban follows their hearing that took place on the 25th of Match, where the players had to account for breaking Covid-19 protocols, after they attended a house party in March.
