18 Leave Sekhukhune
Sekhukhune United have confirmed the departures of 18 players who were with the club last season in the GladAfrica Championship.
Having already made around 15 signings ahead of their maiden DStv Premiership season, the club have now also announced 16 players who have left the club permanently, while two have gone out on loan.
Five players who were on loan have returned to their respective clubs, Katlego Cwinyane, Wandile Bophela, Andile Bophela and Tshepo Mofokeng have returned to Orlando Pirates, while Sibusiso Milazi has gone back to Kaizer Chiefs.
Thabang Mokoena, Thulani Ndlela, Noko Malekana, Simphiwe Hlongwane, Tshepo Makgoga, Pentjie Zulu, Junior Awono, Walter Musona, MacClive Phiri, Thabo Motlaf and Sifiso Mbhele have all been released.
Sphumelele Mbulu and Ntokozo Mtshweni have gone on loan to Venda Football Academy.
