2 More Test Positive At Bafana
Ahead of tomorrow’s semi-final against Mozambique, Bafana Bafana have confirmed that there have been two more positive tests in the Cosafa Cup camp in Gqeberha.
This was confirmed by team doctor Tshepo Molobi, who has said that Masilake Phohlongo and team physical therapist, Nhlanhla Ndlovu.
“The latest that we can report on from the medical desk is that following the round of testing, two of our members have tested positive,” Molobi told SAFA media.
“And that is our physical therapist Nhlannhla Ndlovu, and one of our players, Masilake Phohlongo.
“Remember that once antigen tests are done, which are deemed screening, then what will then follow is PCR swabs, which we have done and we are currently awaiting the results for those.”
Bafana play Mozambique at 5pm tomorrow, while eSwatini face Senegal in the other semi-final earlier in the day.
