Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Bruce Bvuma has expressed his delight after renewing his contract with the club, allowing him to continue living his dream.
Bvuma signed a new contract that will see him remain at the club until at least 2024.
The Bafana Bafana international says it is a dream come true to play for Chiefs, and is grateful to God for this opportunity.
“It’s been a dream, you know, playing for Chiefs and for the fact that they trusted me to renew with them,” Bvuma told the club’s media department.
“So it means a lot to me. And that means I’ll continue living my dream. And I feel blessed. I thank Almighty God for keeping me this long in this team. And I just hope I keep on going forward.
“It can only be the grace of God, because there’s nothing special about me. There’s nothing special, I just keep on praying and keep on working and staying out of trouble, and making sure that I do the right things working hard, doing my extra work. And everything just comes to the table.
“Like I said, It’s the grace of God, there’s nothing special that keeps me here at Chiefs and always get the national team call up. You know, it’s only the grace of God and I thank Almighty.”
