Former Ajax Amsterdam defender Dean Solomons is back on the market after parting ways with Varbergs BoIS at the end of the 2021 Allsvenskan campaign.
Solomons, 22, leaves the Swedish top-flight side after just one season where he featured just once for the first team and named a further four times on the bench.
Despite his reputation as a technically gifted centre-back, the Ikamva graduate has parted ways via mutual consent as he seeks more regular game time.
iDiski Times understands there are a few options already on the horizon for Solomons, whose initial contract had a clause that stated it would be extended by a further two years if both parties agreed to continue beyond the 2021 season.
Solomons left South Africa back in August 2017 alongside Leo Thethani for Amsterdam – which was the last business between the two clubs before the partnership ended in 2020.
