Orlando Pirates will have some concern about the leadership of their team following their 3-0 win over Kaizer Chiefs in the MTN8 semi-final first-leg due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Sea Robbers claimed an emphatic victory over their fierce rivals, but celebrations were marred by the news that coach Josef Zinnbauer had to take emergency leave for family reasons.
The Buccaneers released an official statement on the matter, but there was no word on how long they may be without the coach, or whether it could be a permanent exit.
Pirates super fan, Dejan, who was a guest on iDiskiTV for the derby this weekend, believes that former coach, Kosta Papic, should get another shot.
“In my opinion, the management of Orlando Pirates need to give Papic another chance. He has unfinished business with the club,” Dejan told iDiskiTV.
“We remember that he was very close to winning everything when he was coaching Pirates. His brand of football he played was very good as well.
“It will be very interesting to see if he can come back. We have to see what the management of the club will do, but I know that a lot of fans would love to see Papic back.”
