News coming in is that the Hollywoodbets Super League has been suspended with immediate effect due to the covid-19 pandemic.
This follows an urgent meeting between SAFA, the sponsor, and the broadcasters.
With the rising numbers of positive cases across the country, and a number of players having also getting positive tests, SAFA has decided to postpone the league until next month.
They hope to resume on the weekend of 7 August.
